Andrey Artamonov is the Chief Technology and Information Officer at amana, where he leads the company’s technology organization across application development, corporate IT, business intelligence, security, cloud infrastructure, and platform operations. He is responsible for strengthening amana’s technology foundation, scaling its infrastructure, and driving the engineering behind the company’s expansion new markets.

With more than two decades of experience in financial markets technology, Andrey has built his career developing and scaling trading platforms, brokerage systems, and wealth management solutions. He spent seventeen years at Devexperts, including nine years as CTO, where he led an engineering organization of more than 700 people and delivered technology for brokers, broker-dealers, and banks across the United States, Europe, MENA, and East Asia.

Prior to joining amana, Andrey founded TripleA Digital, a Lisbon-based consultancy focused on automation and AI for financial and operational workflows. His experience in building large-scale technology organizations and financial infrastructure plays a key role in supporting amana’s continued investment in technology, innovation, and scalable solutions for its growing regional business.
