With extensive experience in electronic market making and algorithmic trading, Nikos has built and scaled pricing, quoting, and execution strategies across leading global institutions in London and the broader eFX market. His work focuses on market microstructure, execution quality, and automation at scale, helping firms process large tick data volumes and translate quantitative research into production‑grade trading systems.

Prior to joining amana, Nikos held senior quantitative trading and research roles at EBS and ADSS, where he built market making and pricing capabilities from the ground up, led the development of high‑frequency trading infrastructure, and drove initiatives in real‑time risk and analytics.
